Socialising & Sensory Differences

Welcome to the December issue of Our Sensory Family where this month we are focusing on Socialising and Sensory Differences.

With Christmas just over a week away, this means social gatherings and family get-togethers. For adults and children with sensory processing differences, these gatherings can be difficult to manage with extra noise, Christmas lights, unfamiliar foods and lots of social interaction.

In this month’s newsletter, we have some useful tips and resources for you and your family including this year's Christmas Sensory Survival Kit and our latest Sensory Snapshot blog which looks at how to manage the comedown after Christmas.

We also have some exciting news about making our Sensory Help Now service even more accessible for parents and carers like yourselves. Find out more here or catch the article below!

Wishing you all a sensory-friendly Merry Christmas and a healthy and happy New Year!

Best wishes
