Certificates appear once you've completed every section. Sign back into your course to check it's marked complete. If it is and the certificate still hasn't appeared, drop us an email and we'll take a look

The downloadable course notes, glossaries, and posters are yours to keep and use within your family or with the professionals supporting your child. Please don't redistribute them publicly or use them in paid services without contacting us first.

For personalised input on your child's sensory profile, you can book a 30-minute one-to-one online session with Dr Lelanie Brewer, our SI-trained Occupational Therapist, for £45.

Sensory Help Now is designed for parents and carers, but professionals are welcome to use the resources too. If you're an OT, SLT, teacher, or healthcare professional looking for postgraduate sensory integration training, our parent organisation Sensory Integration Education may be a better fit.

If you've enrolled in error or are unhappy with a paid course, please email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll do our best to help. Refunds aren't available once you've substantially completed the course.
