What We Offer

Sometimes a course gives you the framework, but what you really want is to talk it through with someone who knows. Our 30-minute one-to-one online coaching sessions are a chance to do exactly that — a focused, friendly conversation with an experienced Sensory Integration trained Occupational Therapist about your child, their sensory profile, and what might genuinely help.

Who these sessions are for

These sessions are designed for parents and carers of children with sensory differences. You might be:

  • Working through one of our courses and wanting to talk through how it applies to your child
  • Trying to make sense of patterns you've noticed but don't yet have language for
  • Getting ready for a meeting with a school, GP, or other professional and wanting to feel more prepared
  • Already supported by an OT but wanting an extra perspective on a specific situation
  • Just feeling stuck, and wanting some practical, expert thinking time

What this is — and what it isn't

It is a collaborative conversation. You're the expert on your child; we bring the sensory integration knowledge. Together we'll explore what you've noticed, talk through ideas to try, and leave you with a clearer sense of next steps.

It isn't an assessment, a diagnosis, or formal therapy. We can't tell you what's "wrong" with your child — and we wouldn't want to. What we can do is help you make sense of your child's sensory profile and think practically about what might support them.

How a Session Works

  • Step 1 · Book: Click the booking button below and pay £45. You'll be asked a few short questions about your child and what you'd like to focus on.

  • Step 2 · We'll be in touch: We'll email you within 1–2 working days to arrange a time that suits you, including evenings if that's easier around school or work.

  • Step 3 · Prepare a little: Jot down what you'd most like to talk about — the situations that feel trickiest, the questions on your mind, what you've already tried. There's no formal preparation needed.

  • Step 4 · The conversation: A 30-minute Zoom call with Lelanie. We'll listen carefully, ask questions, share ideas grounded in sensory integration theory, and explore what might suit your family.

  • Step 5 · Take it forward: You'll come away with practical thoughts to try at your own pace. If further sessions would be helpful, you're welcome to book again.

Common Questions

  • Can my partner join the call?

Yes, absolutely. Many parents find it helpful to be on the call together. Just let us know in advance.

  • Should my child be on the call?

No — these sessions are for the adults in the child's life. The conversation is most useful without the child present so you can talk freely.

  • What if 30 minutes isn't enough?

Many situations are well-served by a focused 30 minutes. If you'd like more time, you're welcome to book another session — we'll naturally pick up where we left off.

  • Is the conversation confidential?

Yes. Sessions are private and not recorded. Anything you share stays between you and Lelanie. Standard professional safeguarding obligations apply, as with any UK-based therapist.

  • My child has a diagnosis (or doesn't) — does that matter?

Not at all. These sessions are about your child's sensory profile, not their diagnostic label. Children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, dyspraxia, or no formal diagnosis at all are equally welcome.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes — just get in touch as far in advance as you can. We'll always do our best to find a new time that works.
